Born on September 22, 2000, in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, Preeti Pal faced significant challenges early in life. Just days after her birth, her legs were plastered due to weakness and irregular posture. For years, she underwent treatments to strengthen her legs and wore callipers until the age of 13. Though financial struggles made training difficult, a meeting with Paralympic athlete Fatima Khatoon changed her life.
